    Hi,

    What is the environment this is hosted on?

    ie, Local LAMP/WAMP/XAMMP shared hosting, GoDaddy, Hostgator, Bluehost, etc..

    Can you post some of your Apache error log to help diagnose?

    Most people can run the plugin fine, so issues are usually related to different hosting configurations.
