[Plugin: WP Super Cache] 1&1 kunden fix doesn't work

After trying to figure out why wp super cache(v 1.1) would not fix the /kunden/ issue in htaccess file, I figured out that if (www.)is not used in WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) then the kunden issue will not be fixed.
