[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Caching Specific Pages Only

    Is there a way to cache one page on my site only and leave the rest as they are?

    I want to cache the homepage as its full of images and takes an age to load.

    Towards the bottom of the Advanced tab on the admin page is a section called Accepted Filenames & Rejected URIs

    If you checked everything in that section except for
    front page and possibly home (if your posts page is your home page) I think you would accomplish what you are after.
