[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Exclude specific website elements possible

Hello,
as I understand wp-super-cache always caches complete pages.
What if there is a specific area in the page, which shouldn’t be cached?
E.g. rotating banners of advertising customers or a shopping cart symbol showing the amount of items in the cart.

In Smarty templates this could be solved with {insert}{/insert} or worse ({php}{/php} 🙂

Would be great if sth. similar is possible with wp-super-cache, b’c the increase in speed is considerable!
