Is it possible to enable Gravatar Caching through Super Cache?

No, why would you want to cache the gravatar? They’re served really quickly by gravatar.com!

Indeed but sometimes not quickly enough to the other side of the ocean. I was thinking for a fully optimized experience

Well, they load pretty quickly here in Ireland. It should be easy enough to make a caching plugin for Gravatar images but it’s way outside the scope of WP Super Cache!
