[Plugin: WP Super Cache] wp supercache is broken?

    i am not sure if my permissions are set right..

    my problem when viewing my site on my laptop every seems to be updated but when i view it on my ipad it shows a cached page.. i noticed this when i changed logos and dont see the updated logo on the ipad..

    also i installed wpban plugin but have uninstalled it.. my problem is that it has left a cached page on http://classifiedads.ph saying you are banned.. but the http://www.classifiedads.ph is working fine…

    how do i flush my cache? under cache contents i tried deleting the cache but nothing gets deleted..

    when i tried to deactivate the plugin nothing seems to happen..
