[Plugin: WP-Syntax] It doesn't work

The text inside the pre tag remain the same it doesn’t even add html tags.
I also tried syntaxhighlighter but it doesn’t works too..

I also disabled all the plugins..

Anyone else have problem with wordpress 3.1?
