Hi,
this sounds weird. Are this large tables?
Does this happen directly after the import/replace or after saving the table again?

Tobias
It holds about 30 columns on 900 lines of data.
It happens directly after the import.
It only happens some times, my client updates the table weekly, since April, and this is the 5th time now that it has happened. She runs the data in excel, saves it as a comma D CSV and imports it to wp-tables.
Today, I went to see what she is doing, and the only thing that (to me) might be causing the issue is there were the standard 3 sheets on the excel file. I had her remove the unused sheets (2 and 3), save it to a Comma D CSV file and upload it into a new wp-table file. This worked, but I don’t know if the process was the reason it wasn’t.
Hi,
thanks for the explanation.
Unfortunately, I also can’t spot anything wrong in that process. The three Excel sheets are not a problem, as only the main one is exported to the CSV file from my experience.
As it does not seem to happen all the time, but only sporadically, I don’t think that this is a permanent problem in the plugin or on the server. More, it seems to be some temporary glitch, e.g. because the upload process of the file gets corrupted or a memory limit is reached or something like that.
Can you maybe try this with the new TablePress plugin from http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/tablepress/ ? This will be the offical and designated successor of WP-Table Reloaded, where I also changed a few things in the import. Maybe that helps already.

Tobias
