[Plugin: WP-Table Reloaded] Javascript conflict, how to fix?

    Love the plugin, just cannot take full advantage of it with my current theme… My theme is loading jquery, and I guess so is WP-Table-Reloaded.

    How can I fix this problem?? I can give more details on the site if it will help– If necessary I will provide credentials to help with fixing this…

    Hi,

    yes, you are likely suffering a JavaScript conflict here. This usually happens when jQuery is loaded in the wrong way, i.e. not through the WordPress Scripts system. Due to that, themes sometimes load their own copy of jQuery which then leads to the conflict.

    Unfortuantely though, I’m not to savvy with JavaScript, so if you can’t figure out the source for the conflict, I advise to ask the developer of the DataTables JavaScript library in the forums at http://www.datatables.net/forums.
