[Plugin: WP to Twitter] 2.4.5. and WP 3.4 problem

    Hi there,

    I have just updated my WordPress Blog to 2.4.5 and now there many problems. I cant go to the plugins or updates and so on (white screens on FireFox and http 500 error in IE). I have to deleted wp-to-twitter via FTP and everything works fine.

    Is there a chance to get the old version back or to fix the problem. version 2.4.4 ?

    I use the German edition of WP. memory_limit is 256MB and PHP 5.3 is running on my server.

    That’s characteristic of a PHP fatal error. It’s definitely not a normal response to installing WP to Twitter, but there could be some other plug-in conflict — or just something weird.

    The blank white screen means that you have error messages suppressed (which is a good thing, on a live site) — can you check your PHP error logs or turn on DEBUG mode (set the WP_DEBUG constant to ‘true’ in wp-config) so that I can find out what the error is?

    Quick question: do you also have JetPack installed?

    yes, do you think that this plugin cause the trouble?

    because I dont need jetpack. WP to Twitter is more useful than jetpack.

    Well, I have another report from somebody of a conflict between Jetpack and WP to Twitter which I haven’t been able to reproduce – and if you can deactivate JetPack and everything else works it points a more definite finger at JetPack as the conflicting plug-in.

    Still leaves me needing to isolate the error, but it would get me closer.

    I deactivated the Jepack plugin and it seems that everything works fine with your plugin

    That’s good to know. At least the conflict between the two plug-ins is fairly well confirmed, as far as I’m concerned.
