Same thing. I had to delete the folder off my server. Too bad. Wonder if it will ever get fixed?

Guys, RENAME FOLDER WPTUNER TO WPTUNER1 !!!!!
And plugin will work!!!

that doesn’t exactly get it to work. just keeps it from white-screening.
