[Plugin: WP Tweet Button] Tweet count working only for some posts

I’m using your plugin on my blog http://www.icedchai.com but unfortunately it gives one very frustrating problem…

The tweet count appears only sometimes and for some posts, both on the homepage and inside particular posts.

For example this post:
http://www.icedchai.com/countries/11-reasons-to-visit-and-always-remember-istanbul/
has about 20 tweets (you can track by clicking the button) but the button count is stuck at “0”.

I tried many different ways to resolve this problem but nothing worked. I will be extremely grateful for any help or suggestions!
