You app (http://apps.facebook.com/personalgamers/) wants me to login to WordPress before continuing I think this may be 3/4th of the problem.
Looking at it now it seems like you have the plugin disabled.
Can’t really do any troubleshooting while the plugin’s off. 😉

Did you add the profile tab back to the application page? I don’t see it.
Yes.. I enabled the profile tab but still it wont show.. 🙁
Can you post a screenshot of the “Profile Tabs” section of the Facebook settings (it’s in the “Facebook Integration” part of the settings for your app?
What do you have set as your “Canvas URL”?
If I visit http://personalgamers.com/?app_tab=true&fb_force_mode=fbml
I get your tab loading just fine (outside FB of course, but I can see that the FBML is correct) – so my guess is that either your “Canvas URL” is set wrong, or your Profile Tab settings are wrong.
What Should I put in the canvass URL?

I was able to add your tab just fine. I did have a problem where I had to load the tab a few times before the content would load. I did notice your app has some intresting Facebook comment plugin what other plugins do you have installed?
Marking this resolved as BandonRandon was able to add your tab and we haven’t heard back from you – everything looks fine to me.
If you’re still having problems open a new thread.
