[Plugin: WPeMatico] Bug with WpeMatico and WordPress menu

Thank you for plug in WpeMatico is very good

But i have problem with severals themes : Charming, Impresa,

When WpeMatico recovered rss feeds automatically every morning and created pages, it removes all elements of the set menu in the appearance tab

Someone already he had this trouble?

If not does anyone can help me fix my menus directly in the source code?
