I see no text domain in plugin source code.
Apparently not possible to translate it.
Although MLS data itself is English only, UI need to be translatable since many investor from foreign county want to take a looks properties.

No, not possible at this moment.
to make it translatable, “text domain” need to be set.
I guess that takes some time since there is no text domain at all in plugin’s source code.
I’m requesting too but they don’t respond.
Also sales rep told me to use another system.
(But that barely exists)
Probably the developer does not know there are many people investing in real estates in USA from foreign countries.

Optima express does not currently have a built in feature for Multilingual support.
Often out clients will use third party tools to have other languages on the site. Google has a language translater js widget that works, because it translates the page after page load.
This code can be added to the CSS override of the plugin.
