[Plugin: WPML Multilingual CMS] How can I get a reply

    On the WMPL website they say that you can get a free licence if you are a non-profit group. I have tried to apply using the contact form that they supply on the non-profit page and get no response. I have tried the form on their contact page and had no response. Despite trying a few times a week for over a month I still have not had a reply.

    I am posting here hoping that someone from WPML will see it and reply to me even if the answer is no. The website and organisation concerned is http://www.itacanet.org

    I am also having trouble getting a reply regarding a license for nonprofits. I first opened a support ticket on February 21, then filled in the form under Purchase > Non-Profits on March 7.

    I sympathise with you because I have been trying to get a response out of them for 3 months as well. I will have to go down another route now since I can’t wait any longer. They could at least find the time to say no.
