[Plugin: WPMS Sidebar Login Widget] Permissions Issue

As most of you probably know, when a user registers on an WPMU/WPMS site, they are *not* added to the main site with a role, so when they click the dashboard link or the profile link, they will get a permissions error because they don’t have an active role.
