It’s not currently supported, because Disqus modifies the functions related to comment count display.
Disqus just launched a new version. Does this one work with WPTouch?
Livefyre works well and allows WPtouch to show the comment bubble. FWIW
Update. Livefyre allows the comment bubble to show, but I could not create or edit any comments from within WPTouch. I’m back to Disqus and will live without comment counts.

anyone know if the comment bubble is supported with Disqus? They disappeared when I installed Disqus? Or did I miss any setting?
