[Plugin: x7Host's Videox7 UGC Plugin] Widget Doesn't Display

    First Thank You for this plugin. I love Kaltura and like the ability to integrate with WordPress. If you can do anything with the Joomla plugin, that would be great 🙂

    Now, after uninstalling the previous plugin and installing the latest, I followed the directions with activating and changing the URL in settings.php. I do have it installed in a Multi-User environment though. So I tried regular Activate and Network Activate which both worked fine. I would like to use Network Activate because then users aren’t prompted for the info and to activate the plugin. Ok, so then it says to add the Widget, but the widget isn’t displaying for me to add.

    Also, “Add Interactive Video” when adding a video in the content is blank. It is pulling the Browse Interactive Videos fine, I just can’t add a new one.

    @koltzc, thank you very much for the feedback. i have not tested the plugin with network activate, but when you say that the widget isn’t appearing, do you mean not appearing at all in the admin dashboard, or on an actual page? Please keep in mind that this plugin will actually show up as *two* plugins – the Videox7 UGC Plugin, and the Sidebar Widget – please ensure that both of these are activated.

    That’s funny you should mention the Joomla plugin, because I have started to tinker with it a bit – I just don’t know that much about Joomla never having used it before. I did happen to at least get it to connect with a KalturaCE v3.0 server if you’re interested in the procedure there just let me know it’s not too tough.

    For the widget, the admin dashboard where I believe what you mean is in the Widget selection area. It doesn’t display anything so I can’t put it the sidebar area.

    For the second issue with “Add Interactive Video”, I made the changes in the code and it still doesn’t display.

    Thanks on Joomla, what I would really like to see is something that works with Jomsocial because the built in system with Jomsocial sucks. The one with Joomla works Ok, but I had to do some hacking myself to get it working as well.

    Update, I download 2.5.3.1 and it doesn’t Add Interactive Video isn’t only white anymore, it has a white area at the top where the tabs are with a scroller on the left. Then underneath it (maybe an inch) it is all black.

    @koltzc are you using KalturaCE or Kaltura.com? If you are using Kaltura.com SaaS, you will want to change the value of the “Default Contribution Wizard UIConfID” from 1727883 to 2877602 – please let me know if that works for you! Otherwise I have a bit more troubleshooting to do 🙂

    Nope, using CE though it is 2.0, not 3.0. I haven’t upgraded yet.

    Ah ok then yep it’s gotta be a problem with the UIConfID – I can’t remember what the correct UIConfID is for the KCW in CE v2.0, but it’s easy enough to find out if you go into your KMC and, using firebug or a similar dev tool, look for what UIConf it is loading when you click “Upload”

    I *want* to say it was something like 482614, but I’m probably wrong…

    Yup, that was it, but it was like 541 through 545 for the numbers. Lucky I saved my old config so I could just copy and paste.
