[Plugin: XML Google Maps] Newbie Help

    Hi there,
    Am a newbie to wordpress let alone xml google maps.
    I run the site http://www.soarhawkesbay.co.nz and have installed xml google maps. I would like to be able to allow members (paraglider pilots ) to be able to add their latest flights to the site with Google Maps and also a speed & altitude graph too maybe ?
    They will probably just use a GPX file to create the track. Can smeone please help here? I need some REAL simple instructions. This also needs to be simple so that my users can do the same. Is this possible?
