Sorry, I have another question as well.
I’m taking manual credit card orders over my SSL certified site. I put in a test order, and now I’m trying to get the information. I inserted the private key into the box on the order page, but nothing happens.
What is the right process for decrypting the information? Thanks!
1) What do you mean by button? When you add T&C’s a checkbox should be displayed on the final page of the checkout.
2) What version of YAK are you using. There is an issue with some web hosts which was causing problems with decryption. It’s (hopefully) fixed in the latest release.
1) There is a checkbox for Terms and Conditions. What I mean is when I have the Terms & Conditions on the checkout page, the “Process Order” button will not work. The order does not go through to the back end either.
2) I just updated and tried it again. Still nothing. I just put the private key into the box and then hit “Update Orders.” I’m probably just doing this wrong. The website is on Bluehost.
1) The only thing I can think of is a javascript error caused by a conflict with another plugin. You could view the page in Firefox and check the error log for errors.
2) If you have been hit by the decryption problem, then the previous orders cannot be decrypted at all (if you’ve gone live with encryption on, then you’ll need to contact the affected customers directly). To verify that the latest version is working, try putting a new order through and check the decryption again.
