Hey Mitcho, following is what WPML plugin author says
It’s impossible for us to fix this from our side. YARPP queries the database directly without going through the WordPress calls, so the two plugins don’t work together.
If YARPP author wanted to fix it, it’s a trivial fix. We contacted him, but no response. Other users reported that before.

@hifa this is definitely something I’d like to fix. I received one message on twitter from wpml but didn’t get any information on what the issue was… I’ll take a look at that thread now. Thanks!

yea saw it, and following your debate with excitement on wpml site:)
finally mihai (author of wpml) comes of with some considerations.
bearing the hope of both plugins woth together very soon 🙂

@hifa – please try my latest version, which is WPML compatible and bundles a WPML template for YARPP so the strings can be localized through WPML.
Just clicked the auto update button and all my plugins seems to have been screwed.
Error message:

@rewai1 this was fixed immediately as 3.0.13.
