    Hello
    I have an issue to roll back with the rollback extension. On all extensions I have the same error message : Plugin you’re referencing does not exist.

    The steps :
    – I choose an extension (this is the same for all)
    – I click on “Retour en arrière” (in french for rollback)
    – I choose a version (this is the same for all)
    – I click on “Retour en arrière” (in french for rollback)
    – I confirm “Retour en arrière”
    – I enter connexion information (host / ftp user / ftp password)
    – I click on “continue”
    – I have the message

    Can you have a look and explain what I can do to solve the issue ?

    It’s possible that the way you’ve blocked plugin updates with the FTP user/password is preventing Rollback from communicating correctly with ww.wp.xz.cn — Can you explain how you’ve implemented that on your site? We can then test for that and see if there’s a workaround for it.

    Thanks!

    Hello Matt
    Actually I don’t know why updates asking FTP password. If you know how to remove I’m very interested in.

    Just to tell you, I have an option in wp-config to prevent asking password. Rollback is ok now. Thank you for the advice.

    To detail, this is the line I have added in wp-config.php:
    define(‘FS_METHOD’,’direct’);
