[Plugin:dbview] subversion commit access forbidden

    Majority of prior posts on this topic seem to indicate either invalid credentials or URL case-sensitivity. Neither is the case here. Do I have to apply for rw authorization on the server side, or am I not hitting the keys hard enough?
