    Hey Sarah,

    Sorry to hear about the issue, I’d definitely like to figure out what’s causing that but would need a little more information. Is it possible to:

    1) Either copy and paste the message you’re receiving, or send me a link to the page so that I can see the message first hand?
    2) Send me the ‘System Info’ from the plugin, by going to the plugin’s Settings page, clicking on the Support tab and copying and pasting the ‘System Info’ shown there.
