Plugin Not working Completely

    Hi,
    I am using your plugin for many years. Its mind blowing and i like it very much. However i am facing some plugins issues for a long time and i tried to contact you several times from my dashboard that is on “https://app.newsatme.com/” but didn’t get any reply.

    I also wanted to upgrade my package from small to medium but that could be done from my dashboard.
