    Hey guys! We are looking to upgrade to AST Pro but want to know if there is any way to grab integrate the PluginHive Woocommerce Shipping Services application? Currently this plugin updates the order notes with the tracking number. It looks like other integrations grab the tracking number from the order notes, so I’m hoping it will work with PluginHive’s plugin as well!

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi @josh_meyer25,

    Right now, we don’t have an integration with WooCommerce Shipping Services by PluginHive.

    Please contact the Zorem support team and share a full screenshot of the admin order details page, including the order notes. This will help us review how the tracking information is added and assist you with setting up the integration.

    Thank you so much Gaurav! I have sent over a support ticket.

    I do have another question for you. If we have a product out of stock and are not shipping it for a while, does AST Pro keep track of the individual items not shipped? It would be amazing if there was a dashboard or a list of products still waiting to be shipped. Basically just a dashboard for partially shipped orders with what items have not been shipped.

    Hi @josh_meyer25,

    Yes, AST PRO includes a Fulfillment Dashboard where you can view all unfulfilled orders based on their order status.

    You can configure it to display orders with statuses like Processing and Partially Shipped, so you’ll have a clear view of what items still need to be shipped.
