Both plugins you mentioned are commercial plugins. Do you have the same problem with plugins you install from the WordPress repository, e.g. Contact Form 7?

The error message displayed means that the plugin you are using is not compatible with the PHP version used by your hosting (probably 8.0 or newer). You would have to do without this plugin until the developer releases an update for it.
