Plugins Always Exporting

All plugin tables are always being exported, despite the compatibility settings. I’ve tried toggling Compatibility on, off, selecting a few plugins and selecting none. The WP Migrate DB plugin is up to date. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled it (after which it still seems to remember my previous settings which is odd – shouldn’t all the data be removed once the plugin is removed?). One plugin tables is causing an error when I try to import it locally, which is why I’m trying to export the DB without it.
