Plugins and active theme backed up?

    Yes. It will backup everything within the WordPress root directory.

    Clarifying question:
    I have WordPress installed in my domain root. I have several other scripts installed in subfolders.

    It will backup everything within the WordPress root

    Does this mean it will back up those other scripts too? (undesirable from my perspective)

    I installed the plugin, and yes, it seems everything from my domain root will be backed up unless I select the exceptions.
