Plugins breaks other plugin (WP Webhook)

    I installed WP Webhooks as another plugin and was wondering that it didn’t work when I wanted to add a webhook. I debugged and found out that this BuyMeACoffee plugin is causing the problem.

    When the plugin is activated the popup won’t show up. There are no browser console logs but there will only be this blocking page without the dialog.

    So the screenshot is how it should like but with the Buymeacoffee plugin activated you will only see the light greyed out page without the dialog. What is the problem?
