I am using this plugin and I can’t deactivate it. When I am deactivating it’s showing

    This page isn’t working

abc.com redirected you too many times.

And when I am deleting it from FTP, the site is going in the maintenance mode.

That sounds like a problem with your site, as it certainly is not this plugin. I’d recommend you check with your webhost to see if they can help.

Please check your server error logs to see what is preventing the plugin from deactivating. If you’re not sure where those are, you may need to ask your webhost for assistance in investigating. We’ve had no other reports of that sort of issue, so we really have nothing else to go on here unless you can find something in the error logs.

Of course, the fall-back solution is just to delete the plugin folder from your site via FTP/File Manager, but if there really IS an error in the plugin preventing deactivation on certain sites, I”d like to know what it is!
