Right now even the titles, images and description of plugins i can’t see https://snipboard.io/cEMpDi.jpg is not connect with ww.wp.xz.cn see this on plugins “Last Updated: 51 years ago” lol!
i have set define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’); what other to do, i don’t have it before this problem

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/
It will add some additional feature under create a new menu position Tools > Site Health.
On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.

i create a new sub directory network without any problem with the same plugins activated :/ can be something with the db? which table is about the adding new plugin from ww.wp.xz.cn and shows live the search items from the wp org in our site? i believe the problem is there
i found the solution!!
the Plugins: installation failed! comes from a “yoast seo” old version plugin
and the problem with the titles, images and description of plugins i can’t see https://snipboard.io/cEMpDi.jpg comes from “Multisite Toolbar Additions” plugin
