Plugins needs update but not showing up

Plugins that installed on my site needs update but I couldn’t see plugin update notifications for a while. I think it’s a server issue therefore I have also have a wp site on a different hosting server, but plugin updates can applying successfully. What’s wrong? All I know there are some people who has same problem. I hope someone has fixed this problem.
