Plugins Not Appearing on Posting page

    Hello WordPress People, first time here.

    I recently got my new Website and I got the standard looking of WP Posting page “don’t know how you call it but is where you write new posts, hehe”.

    I wanted to add a table and maybe an image gallery, so I learnt that plugins can help you do that. I downloaded NextGEN Gallery and tinyMCE to customize my options, problem is that nothing changes and I still have the same toolbar on top of my post page.

    Any way I can really activate those plugins or maybe I’m missing a step or a code?

    please help I will send you a kiss the size of the moon.
