Plugins not functioning

Hey all!

Here’s my site: nildcanada.org

So the site I manage was working perfectly fine up until today when a bunch of problems arised. As far as I know, no changes were made to the site…

-images or icons included in some plugins are not displaying (they are giving a 403 error when I click to view them)

-Some plugins are not working properly (Store Locator Plus “locate a therapist” won’t display the map or locations, lightbox plug colorbox inline box isn’t opening on video on sidebar)

-The CSS doesn’t seem to be kicking in in most plugins- all in one seo pack looks terrible, store locator, lightbox too (although not all of them are doing this)

-nivo slider was laying out the slides vertically vs sliding them, before I changed to a new slider.

I have tried everything- reinstalled core; automatically and manually, deactivated all plugins and that didn’t change anything. I checked the hotlinking protection and the urls have been added. .htaccess is exactly as it should be, pasted from the ww.wp.xz.cn site.

Not sure if it’s a permissions issue. nothing has been changed…

It feels like something is blocking the image files and stylesheets from displaying on the backend and frontend. Can anyone figure out this mystery? I’m doing my best with the knowledge I have 🙂
