plugins not showing

    I have update wordpress version & login wordpress admin & go plugin there is no plugin showing but project is ruining
    Updating wordpress version steps are as below
    1) Delete old wp-admin & uload new
    2) Delete old wp-includes & upload new
    3) Upload all main root files without .htaccess & wp_config
