plugins not working

Hi im facing a problem, when install a new plugin it does not work, i mean i can install and see the plugin intalled but when i enter to the plugin settings and try to configure or use it, seems that most of links broken when i push a botton that makes an action it doesnt work or send me to anywhere. it is happening with all plugins i install tryed with almost 10 different plugins.

details can help: short time ago i was infected with a malware (traffic extractor) that edited my .htacess file to send my visitors to another site, i solved that downloading all the FTP files deleting the corrupted .htaccess files and upload againg.

i dont know if i touched a file that broke this function.

please help.
