there is confliction of bootsrap js..so you have to add below code to prevent it..
here is steps–
go to plugin editor > select tab responsive plugin to edit > now in plugin files go to assets > js click on bootsrap.js now add $.noConflict(true); code at line no.1220.

I have added it and its is still not working. Inspect the URL now, it will show.
I removed code, it was messing up with my gravity forms on my site.
