What is your site URL?
Are you using (or testing with) a default theme? Have you changed anything on your site before this happened? Did it work before that?
Hi, thank you for your response.. i didn’t change anything, everything was working fine without any issue in the past. i just noticed today that whenever i select any plugin, it just show a blank page.
website is http://asiandramadownloads.com
i have another website that is also hosted on the same server but it doesnt have plugin issue with it
Start by changing to a default theme – Twenty Fifteen.
hi, i’ve already changed to twenty fifteen theme. i also noticed that whenever i change theme i can’t see or activate other theme installed so i had to upload the theme manually
Looks like you have a caching plugin –
<!– Performance optimized by W3 Total Cache. Learn more: http://www.w3-edge.com/wordpress-plugins/
Served from: asiandramadownloads.com @ 2015-04-19 00:31:16 by W3 Total Cache –>
Try clearing that plugin and then deactivating it.
yes i have w3 total cache, i cant perform clear cache coz whenever i select a plugin it will just show a blank page. is there any way to clear it via FTP?
i managed to do everything in the guide but sadly the problem is still there, still blank page on plugins 🙁
what should i do now?
I still see some plugins active on your site – rename that folder:
wp-content
plugins.HOLD
hi, i really appreciate your patience and help.
i have deactivated all my plugins and renamed
mysite.com/wp-content/wp-content to mysite.com/wp-content/wp-content1
do i need to install a new plugin to test? i tried activating one plugin to test but still getting blank page
Do you have TWO wp-content folders like that? You should not – it should be:
wp-content
plugins.HOLD
themes
twentyfifteen
In any case, assuming the above is what you actually have, try manually reinstalling WP – download a new copy to your computer and then replace all files and folders EXCEPT wp-content and wp-config.php.
Be sure to delete the old copies before uploading the new ones.
yes i had two wp-content folder, another one is inside wp-content folder itself. its from quick cache which i used before using w3 total cache
this is how my FTP looks now

already deleted the other wp-content folder
Try removing that “cache” folder from wp-content
problem was solved by my host provider, said it was a theme issue (was hacked of some sort) any recommendation or plugin for this not to happen again?
ps. thank you Sir WPyogi for your help. i appreciate it a lot! 🙂
