I,ve made my site in wordpress twenty eleven. Im trying to put the plugin ‘clocky’ onto my site as it seems a simple one and I need to learn how to upload plugins. thanks.

That is a self-hosted wordpress.org install. See Managing_Plugins.
That’s a ww.wp.xz.cn site. (the .com sites are only hosted on wordpress.com, and show that URL in the info when you view page source)
Go to allotmentsmaesg.co.uk/wp-admin/plugins.php
Search for the plugin using the screen options 🙂
