Plugins will not appear unless reply is visible

    I have a small 2 page blog. awindblows.com I have activated two plugins, Print Friendly and PDF 3.1.4, and WordPress Social Ring 1.2.2.

    Upon initial display both plugins are not visible until I click on the hyperlink Leave A Reply. When I click on Page 2, the plugins become visible. I am not certain why.

    I would like the two plugins to be visible even if the Leave A REply window is closed.
