Plugins without Scripts & Page Speed

    Does the effective use of this plugin potentially increase page speed EVEN IF the disabled plugins didn’t have any Javascript or CSS script resources which previously were loading on the front end? In other words, is it only beneficial to disable unused plugins if they load script resources when a page is loaded?

    It can increase speed in other ways besides the css and javascript. Each plugin does database queries and executes php code that can take time to process. So any plugin that doesn’t need to be loaded can have an impact on load times.
