Plupload resize for plugin

Hi I’m trying to figure out how to modify the code to allow for client side resizing of images before they’re uploaded. I’ve looked at the documentation here and edited the init_plupload_queue.js file with the resize code but it doesn’t seem to do the trick either.

Basically I’m trying to figure out how to reduce the sizes of all the uploaded images which I normally use Imsanity for however because the plugin doesn’t use the regular media upload hooks it doesn’t trigger the plugin. Any thoughts on how to do either of these?
