    Hi

    Are you getting any javascript errors in your browser console?
    Have you tried deactivating all other plugins except for gforms and this plugin to see if that helps?

    Can you also try it with one of the default wordpress themes to see if it is you theme causing the issue?

    Solved.

    Need to insert a short code in a page.

    I was using preview in form creation.
