pmpro message returned from stripe

    Hi

    I’m needing a little help with the displaying the error message that gets sent back from stripe.
    The element ID that it lands is “pmpro_message_bottom” which has an inline style display to none.
    When the error msg comes back, such as “Your card number is incomplete.”, nothing changes that display to block…

    How would I do this?

    Hi there. We hide that by default so it doesn’t show if there is no message. Our JS code should show the field when it gets updated, but perhaps if there is another JS issue on the checkout page or something going wrong, it won’t show. There could possibly be some kind of Theme CSS issue as well.

    Check for JS issues in the Chrome Debug bar and that might give you an idea of what needs to be fixed. Let me know if you have further questions.
