There is an issue with the PMPro plugin that causes problems with the WooCommerce login page. Users can actively login and access the page without an issue. The problem is when the user attempts to reset their password, the hyperlink no longer functions on the login page. If I send the user a link to reset their password, they get an error page saying the page doesn’t exist. We had deactivated the plugin and then all links are working fine. We tried deactivating all the additional plugins that come with the PMPro software and the problem doesn’t clear until we deactivate PMPro plugin itself. We need assistance in getting this fixed as we have been trying to automate the membership access to the website. We want WooCommerce to continue to be the lead functionality of user login and also have the membership product in the WooCommerce store. Where is the issue? Thanks in advance!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

Can you tell me if you have set the Login page, under Memberships > Settings > Pages?

If so, could you please set this to “Use WordPress Default” and let me know if the issue persists – Paid Memberships Pro tries to adjust the password reset URL and logic slightly based on the Login page set inside Memberships > Settings > Pages.

    Hi Andrew,

I didn’t notice that PMPro had disabled that functionality. I had it previously set to “Use WordPress Default”. I just went in and set it manually has I want it controlled by WooCommerce. It looks like the issue is resolved as I am now able to click the link and get the reset page from WordPress. Thanks so much!
