    Hello team
    I’ve met the problem with receiving the Administrator emails. I would like to have an options to get a notification when somebidy registered a new account and when someone has bought a subscription using the Manual/Offline option and pending the payment. https://app.screencast.com/j8xlE0vdzbQIx & https://app.screencast.com/vDQJg2eVsJIqT But unfortunately, I don’t get any email notifications on my emailbox. Also tried to push it on tempmail box but here is the same thing, nothing received.
    What it can be? Or what is wrong in set up?

    WordPress – Current version: 6.5.5

    Hi @dmitryk69,

    To check if the emails are being sent by Paid Member Subscriptions, you can use an Email Logging plugin like: https://ro.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/email-log/ on your website. It will add a log entry each time the wp_mail() WordPress function is called (our plugins use this function for all of the emails they send).

    You will then be able to go to the Email Log page on your website’s Dashboard to see if the email is being sent.

    If it is listed there then there is a good chance there are filters set up on the server that might block some outgoing emails and I would suggest you contact your web hosting provider and ask them if this is the case.

    Note: After you’ve activated this Email Log plugin, you can do a small test. Open an Incognito browser window and go to the page where you have the PMS Registration form, from there purchase a subscription plan while using the Manual/Offline payment gateway, and check if the emails do indeed appear in the Email Log plugin.
