Hi there,
Please go to WordPress Dashboard-> Plugins-> Installed Plugins-> and send a screenshot with everything you have installed related to PMS, I need to check which version of PMS you have installed on your site.
On my test site the content restriction box is displayed at the bottom of the page, please send a screenshot with how is displayed on your site.
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
You can restrict content for logged-out users using the [pms-restrict] shortcode, documentation here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/shortcodes/#Restrict_Content
I have the same problem. Since last week PMS manager box is no longer at the bottom of the page. I tried using the [pms-restrict] shortcode as described in the documentation with no effect. I even tried adding blocks like PMS Content Restriction Start and PMS Content Restriction End with no effect.
Since the PMS manager box is no longer at the bottom of the page, I’m not able to restrict content.
I have Version 2.10.4

Please check the video from here to see how you can move the Content Restriction box at the bottom of the page.
Hi @klavdija,
Did you check the content as a logout user and the content is still available? Could you please send a screenshot with how you have used the [pms-restrict] shortcode?
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

Thanks for the video! It works!
Have a nice day
Hi @madalinaruzsa
I have found the PMS management box by watching the video you posted for ikonyk and managed to set it as I want, but it works only for logged-out users. Logged in users who’s membership has expired can still access the page although they should be redirected to specific page.
Here is my screenshot: https://snipboard.io/6jAGqe.jpg
I have used [pms-restrict] in the following way: https://snipboard.io/H028sE.jpg
Thank you for your help!
It’s working now. Thank you!
