You don’t have anything running, you’ve disabled PNG and JPG processing, that’s the only reason you don’t get warnings for them.
Your server is refusing the run the binaries, who is your webhost?

Well, last resort is to see if they know of a way to make the binaries work, or if they’ll install the tools on your server.
